Product Marketing Manager
Alcumus
• Own end-to-end product marketing for all US products and platforms, serving as the single point of accountability • Define and maintain clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the portfolio • Establish product/solution tiering, packaging narratives, and use-case clarity for consistent messaging • Build and scale the US product marketing playbook (positioning, messaging, launches, competitive frameworks) • Set standards for high-quality, reusable product marketing assets actively used by Sales and GTM teams • Develop differentiated, buyer-centric messaging tailored by persona, industry, and buying stage • Ensure consistent narratives across Sales, Marketing, and customer touchpoints • Own US product and feature launches end-to-end, driving adoption, measurable revenue impact, and market success • Partner with Product to translate roadmap into market-ready positioning and launch assets • Create practical, high-impact sales enablement (overviews, competitive positioning, objection handling, storytelling) • Capture customer, sales, and market insights to sharpen positioning, influence roadmap, and strengthen differentiation • Deliver scalable frameworks that support future product and team growth while building trust with Product, Sales, and Commercial leadership.
Job Requirements
- Proven B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, compliance, workforce, energy, or regulated industries
- Proven experience building or rebuilding product marketing functions
- Experience owning multiple products or platforms across regions
- Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and Product to drive GTM outcomes
- Strong writer—able to create positioning, messaging, and assets independently
- Deep understanding of product marketing best practices, frameworks, and terminology
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Pragmatic Institute certification a plus
