DDC-IT Services is seeking individuals to fill a remote role of Configuration/Change Management Support/Program Manager. Responsibilities - Create, update, and maintain CMDB records IAW DCSA Configuration Management policies for all designated Configuration Items (CI)s. This includes hardware, software, and logical relationships in the DCSA designated Configuration Management (CM) database and other federated databases that are part of configuration management system (CMS). - Conduct annual audits/inventories and reconcile with CM CI records. - Perform requirement gathering and analysis in support of DCSA written or developed Configuration Policies and Plans as directed by the BIES PMO or delegate. - Support the BIES PMO in the generation of data reports and key performance indicator (KPIs) metrics; the maintaining and building of spreadsheets for accounting and inventory purposes; and generating any estimated travel requested and associated costs. - Document CMDB records maintenance processes, procedures, and activities. - Interact with service desks, technical staff, and PMO staff, to resolve data discrepancies. - Develop after action reports. - Conduct an organizational and process assessment, perform process, and procedure review and develop and refine processes and procedures as needed to align BIES with the current functional and operational environment. - Develop, implement, and maintain BIES PMO processes and procedures and associated presentations, documents, and templates. - Develop presentations for BIES PMO status of activities, including system sunset plans and status of PMO activities. - Define and document an incremental or phased approach to implementing best practices. - Identify, document, and track risks, issues, opportunities, and mitigation strategies. - Develop and/or modify Configuration Change Management processes, documents and templates to support the BIE process. - Participate in Configuration Change Management meetings and capture detailed notes of requests discussed, team member recommendations and discussions and final request outcome. - Develop and/or modify Requirements Management documents and templates to support the project/product life cycle. - Participate in Requirements Management meetings and capture detailed notes of requests discussed, team member recommendations and discussions and final request outcome. - Define, monitor, and capture organizational and technical metrics for reporting within and external to the BIES organization. - Create presentation and graphic materials to support BIES PMO briefings to Senior Leadership both internal and external to DCSA. - Document, move, and update approved and closed change requests, tasks, work orders, or Incident tickets IAW DCSA processes. - Support the BIES PMO in the generation of data reports, and key performance indicator (KPIs) metrics; the maintaining and building of spreadsheets for accounting and inventory purposes; and generating any estimated travel requested and associated costs. - Maintain a Knowledge Management (KM) Database in an ITIL environment. - Perform requirement gathering and analysis in support of BIES written or developed Change and Configuration policies and plans. - Assist process owners/managers, configuration and/or problem Managers, or their designees in reviewing, recording, and trending data for these processes in support of the BIES environment. - Perform other duties as assigned. Program Management Support Responsibilities - Support the Prime Contractor’s Program Manager with program coordination, planning, reporting, and issue resolution. - Lead and manage company personnel supporting the program, including oversight of team leads and managers. - Serve as the primary internal point of contact for program execution and coordination with the prime contractor. - Monitor program activities and ensure alignment with contract requirements, schedules, and performance objectives. - Provide program status updates, metrics, and reporting to company leadership and the prime contractor as required. - Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Active Secret Clearance - Minimum of 5 years relevant Configuration/Change Management experience and ITIL Foundations + Service Transition - ITIL certification preferred. ITIL and ST certifications will be required within 1 year of employment.
