Sales Development Representative

• Mapear e prospectar escolas por região e perfil de cliente • Realizar o primeiro contato com leads via telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e LinkedIn • Qualificar leads com base em critérios definidos (fit e momento de compra) • Agendar reuniões e visitas para o time de Vendas • Apresentar de forma inicial a proposta de valor do Geppetto • Gerenciar e atualizar o CRM com organização e qualidade das informações • Organizar a agenda comercial e acompanhar o fluxo de leads • Garantir o atingimento das metas de atividades (ligações, contatos e agendamentos) • Atuar com foco em resultados, alinhado aos OKRs da área Comercial.

Job Requirements

  • Ensino superior cursando ou concluído em Administração, Marketing, Gestão comercial ou áreas correlatas
  • Proatividade e senso de responsabilidade
  • Organização e disciplina para execução de rotinas comerciais
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita
  • Escuta ativa, empatia e resiliência
  • Facilidade com ferramentas digitais (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, planilhas, CRM, etc.)
  • Experiência prévia em área comercial, pré-vendas ou SDR
  • Ter atuado no segmento educacional (editoras ou escolas), seá considerado um diferencial.
