• Operar contas de anúncios no Brasil, Estados Unidos e Europa • Trabalhar com metas e cumprimento de prazos • Colaborar com a equipe para otimizar resultados

• Engage with leads via Instagram and WhatsApp; • Use connection and qualification scripts; • Identify qualified opportunities and schedule calls for the sales team; • Keep the CRM up to date and organized.

• Create and maintain automations in GoHighLevel (workflows, triggers, pipelines, notifications, integrations) • Automate processes including: lead capture and qualification, customer support and follow-up, pipeline and CRM organization, tool integrations • Support continuous improvement of existing flows • Document automations and processes when necessary • Work closely with traffic, sales (commercial) and operations teams

• Initially serve as a Traffic Manager • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns • Support strategies defined by the senior team • Assist in the analysis of metrics and reports • Learn Boop Mídia's method in practice • Gradually evolve into greater strategic responsibility

• Ensure Boop Mídia clients have clarity, confidence, and measurable results • Own the customer experience across the operation • Manage client communications • Lead the onboarding process for new clients • Lead client meetings

• Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer customized solutions. • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell our services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies. • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Track sales metrics and report progress to identify areas for improvement.
