Sales Development Representative

KASHIO

• Identificar y segmentar cuentas según el perfil definido por la Gerencia Comercial. • Prospectar activamente nuevos clientes a través de llamadas en frío, email outbound, LinkedIn, WhatsApp y otras herramientas digitales. • Ejecutar campañas de prospección estructuradas mediante secuencias multicanal. • Coordinar con el equipo de Marketing para alinear campañas outbound e inbound. • Validar fit estratégico, dolor, volumetría y timing de cada cuenta. • Agendar reuniones calificadas de alto valor para los BDM. • Colaborar directamente con los BDMs para retroalimentar la calidad de los leads generados. • Registrar información completa y actualizada en el CRM con métricas claras de actividad y conversión. • Proponer mejoras continuas en los pitchs, prompts y procesos de prospección.

Job Requirements

  • Profesional o técnico en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Marketing, Negocios o carrera afín.
  • 1 a 3 años de experiencia en roles de prospección comercial, ventas consultivas o generación de demanda.
  • Manejo de herramientas de prospección digital (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Top Perú Prime, etc.).
  • Experiencia comprobada utilizando CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce u otro similar).
  • Uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial para investigación de cuentas, generación de mensajes y optimización de campañas de prospección.
  • Dominio de técnicas de venta consultiva y calificación de leads.
