Head of Sales – US Market
Crystalia Glass LLC
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals, prioritize key market segments, and increase sales; • Analyze current sales statistics and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and report findings to senior management; • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, conducting regular performance reviews and setting goals to ensure they achieve and exceed their targets; • Coordinate daily trading activities to ensure customer satisfaction and handle any issues that arise; • Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members, ensuring they are aligned with company values and priorities; • Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department, providing feedback on areas of improvement and opportunities for growth; • Market analysis.
Job Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role;
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience is required;
- Fluent English (C1–C2) is mandatory;
- Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Inflow, or similar);
- Experience in building a sales department from the ground up;
- Digitally savvy: strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast;
- Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration;
- Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change.
