What you’ll do: As a Seasonal Individual and Family Plans (IFP) Sales Representative you will be dedicated to one or more specific carriers. You will take inbound calls, listen, consult, and advise clients over the phone on their Individual and Family health insurance options specific to the assigned carrier. You may also be responsible for outbound follow-up. Measures of success will be performance-based including conversion, applications, member retention and compliance. Your initial training will provide a springboard into a successful career selling health insurance, with an extensive 4 week training program to get you up and running quickly! This is a seasonal role that will begin June 29th and will end on December 16th.
