Role Description The Logistics Manager at iKomet is an integral team member responsible for planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services. This role involves directing, optimizing and coordinating the full order cycle while also liaising and working collaboratively with suppliers, manufacturers, and consumers. - Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer service. - Direct, optimize and coordinate the full order cycle. - Liaise and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers. - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. - Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments. - Resolve any arising problems or complaints. - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. - Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. - Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements. Qualifications - Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager. - Record of successful distribution and logistics management. - Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff. - Proficient in standard logistics software. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects. - BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain. • Oversee the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of dental, radiography, and associated equipment for Benco customers in your region • Ensure compliance to customer specifications and company requirements • Ensure all functions are completed on time and within budget • Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve performance of regional service/installation technicians • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional labor sales goals • Ensure Service Technicians are following time and attendance reporting requirements while ensuring Tech PTO reflects assigned work • Hold Service Technicians accountable for responsibilities • Coordinate/conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all Regional Personnel • Ensuring high customer service satisfaction rates
• Manage the overall program from start to finish • Develop project timelines, goals, and manage partner relationships • Monitor vendor contracts, responsibilities and reporting • Evaluate and improve programs based on feedback from key stakeholders
• Support project teams through BIM execution planning, technical leadership, and ongoing model quality control. • Mentor and guide Project BIM Leads while ensuring consistent BIM standards, workflows, and project reliability across the studio/office. • Perform regular model audits, coordinate closely with consultants, and maintain high levels of interoperability across all project models. • Develop, curate, and manage digital assets, detail libraries, and custom content to strengthen project delivery. • Champion design and BIM technologies firmwide, advancing data-rich models to support automation, optimization, simulation, and emerging AI workflows. • Elevate metadata quality, promote best practices, and ensure strategic information management across all projects. • Manage software deployments, licensing, and cloud collaboration platforms, including Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). • Track and report metrics related to technology initiatives, software use, and ROI. • Design and deliver training programs— from fundamentals to advanced workflows— supported by updated training materials and datasets. • Lead or contribute to R&D, technology pilots, evaluations of emerging tools, and implementation of new processes. • Partner with leadership and project teams across studios to identify and support BIM and technology engagement opportunities. • Perform related duties as assigned.
