• Oversee the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of dental, radiography, and associated equipment for Benco customers in your region • Ensure compliance to customer specifications and company requirements • Ensure all functions are completed on time and within budget • Assist, coach, evaluate, and improve performance of regional service/installation technicians • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to achieve regional labor sales goals • Ensure Service Technicians are following time and attendance reporting requirements while ensuring Tech PTO reflects assigned work • Hold Service Technicians accountable for responsibilities • Coordinate/conduct regularly scheduled meetings with all Regional Personnel • Ensuring high customer service satisfaction rates

Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes? - Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written methods - Problem solver, adaptable, and agile thinker - Clear communicator with active listening skills - Windows and Microsoft Office proficient - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and/or projects - Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU? - Performs other duties as assigned - Complies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and company - Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills while serving as Benco's collections advocate. - Thoroughly reviews every account on hold prior to extending credit by obtaining a Customer Information Form and performing a soft credit check. - Efficiently generates emails and communicates to customers, Territory Representatives and Regional Managers to discuss and resolve delinquent accounts. - Accurately processes finance charge credits within established policy. - Present acceptable solutions to internal and external customers to reduce past due AR and decrease financial risk while not impeding Sales efforts. - Effectively address and resolve all equipment accounts that are 1 - 30 days or more past due. - Minimum account resolution standard is an average 40 customer contacts per day on past due accounts dependent on current workload and projects. - Effectively coordinates payment plans with territory representatives, equipment specialists, and accounting. - Approves transfer and reimbursement on equipment and merchandise accounts. - Effectively addresses billing issues relating to problem installations. - Performs check, ACH and credit card processing on accounts. - Makes collection calls on IDP merchandise accounts 61 days and over and/or 31 days on Strategic Market accounts. - Effectively performs account reconciliations for accounts past due. - Efficiently runs a TRW/D&B credit report on new accounts to determine credit-worthiness. - Sends 60 day dunning letters to customers. Accurately enters credit card transactions while on the customer call or processes through Outsystems as required. - Accurately documents discussions with RM's, customers, and TR's in a timely manner; effectively utilizing the Activity List in Prelude to provide quality customer service. Effectively communicates with all departments using Outsystems. Ensures that all communications with customers (external/internal) are courteous, cordial, business-like and timely. - Efficiently sends information to customers upon request. -product and services literature. Effectively researches products directly with vendors or through the Internet. - Completes BluChip redemptions and appropriately explains program to customers as needed. - Suggests upsell items, buy/gets and promotional items from Benco publications and Proton during every applicable call. - Keeps management informed by providing accurate and timely information that ensures customers are served efficiently in meeting their expectations. - Follows through with customer requests regarding credits, billing issues, and call backs in a timely manner.
