Role Description We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Customer Success Manager to join the team at iKomet. The candidate will play a key role in developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. They will be tasked with understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and solving problems before they escalate. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers on various levels. - Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. - Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers. - Implement a standardized onboarding process for new customers that optimizes time-to-value. - Monitor and track customer health through data analytics and regular check-in calls. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve the entire customer experience. - Identify upsell and growth opportunities and collaborate with the sales team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field. - Minimum 4 years' experience in customer success, account management or similar roles. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities. - Self-motivated, proactive team player with a passion for helping clients achieve success. - Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. - Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s) and services. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
