Who we are. Spot AI turns cameras into coworkers. We are building the category of AI coworkers for the physical world. Our platform enables businesses to understand, automate, and act across their environments in real time. Spot AI is relied on at over 10,000 locations by more than 1,000 customers across manufacturing, construction, logistics, and retail. Backed by over $110 million from investors including Scale, Redpoint, Qualcomm Ventures, StepStone, and Bessemer, we are building the system that brings AI out of the digital world and into the real one. We move fast, take ownership, and focus on outcomes. We are building a company for people who want to solve real problems and have a direct impact on how businesses operate. Ready to learn more? Connect with us on LinkedIn | X | YouTube We’re looking for like-minded builders. We are an extremely passionate and ambitious team building a company designed to outlast our lifetime. No matter the role or level, Spotans (our team members) share a common DNA, and we’re looking for more teammates who share the same high-performance mindset: - Relentless Drive: You have extreme ambition and something to prove. Challenges fuels you. Building isn’t just what you do; it’s who you are. - Builder’s Mentality: You thrive on creating new solutions, not maintaining the status quo. If you've founded a company, been employee number 1 - 20, or have run a venture for over two years, we’re especially excited to meet you! - High Hustle, High Humility: You combine high IQ with high EQ, a low ego, and an unyielding work ethic that pushes you to be among the best at what you do. Our cultural pillars guide how we operate. We: - Spend Strategically. We maximize resources and minimize waste. - Push for Progress. We make decisions, move fast, and celebrate action. - Obsess Over Customers: We remove friction and add value to create delight. - Trust Our Team: Respect, trust and collaboration are non-negotiable. - Act Like Owners: We say what we’ll do, and we do what we say, taking pride and responsibility in our work. - Never Stop Having Fun: We’re creating something epic, and we’re having fun doing it. Who you are. You are the systems-thinker behind a high-performing sales organization—and you use AI as your force multiplier. You've spent 5+ years building the operational infrastructure at B2B SaaS companies that lets sales teams scale—forecasting, territory design, compensation, CRM, analytics—and you instinctively reach for AI tools and agents to do in hours what used to take days. You're AI-first, not AI-curious. You've already integrated LLMs into your workflows—whether it's building automated analysis pipelines, using AI agents to clean and enrich data, generating reports or prototyping solutions for the sales team. You understand that the best operators today aren't just efficient; they're leveraged. You've held roles in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations at fast-growing B2B companies and understand what it takes to go from scrappy to scalable. You can architect a comp plan in the morning, debug a Salesforce workflow in the afternoon, and present pipeline insights to the leadership team before EOD. You're comfortable when there's no playbook, because you're good at creating one. You're analytical and detail-oriented, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture: enabling reps to sell more, faster. And you're excited by the idea of building AI-native operations at a company that's building AI for the physical world. This role is critical to the business: by building the systems and processes that power our go-to-market engine, you're laying the foundation for Spot AI's next phase of growth. What you’ll do: - Own sales forecasting and planning. Build and manage the forecasting process—analyzing historical data, pipeline trends, and market signals to deliver accurate revenue projections. Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles including quota setting and capacity planning. - Design and administer territories and compensation. Create territory structures that balance workload and opportunity. Design, implement, and manage compensation plans and incentive programs that drive the right behaviors and align with business goals. - Optimize the CRM and sales tech stack. Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce (or HubSpot)—ensuring data hygiene, process compliance, and continuous improvement. Evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools that improve sales productivity. - Build dashboards and deliver insights. Develop and maintain reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, quota attainment, and rep performance. Turn data into actionable recommendations. - Streamline sales processes. Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and deploy solutions—automation, better workflows, clearer handoffs—that accelerate deal velocity and improve win rates. - Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with Finance on revenue planning and commissions, Marketing on lead flow and attribution, and Product on customer feedback loops. Be the connective tissue between Sales and the rest of the organization. - Operate with extreme accountability. Own outcomes, not just activities. Approach every problem with a founder's mentality—resourceful, urgent, and relentlessly focused on results. What excites you. - An environment that gives you the room to learn from failure while driving excellence. - A culture where hard work that drives great outcomes is expected, celebrated, and rewarded. - Working at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution—where your work directly impacts revenue. - Using cutting edge AI tools as core infrastructure—not side experiments—and building AI-first processes from scratch. - Collaborating with a high-caliber sales team and leadership who value operational rigor. - A place where you can make industry-wide impact and contribute to one of the most exciting technologies of our time. Compensation and Benefits. - Annual Cash Compensation: $155,000 - $190,000 - Meaningful early stage equity - Medical, dental and vision plan options with little-to-no cost for employees and dependents - Company paid short- and long-term disability plans - Company paid life insurance - 401K with Employer Match While this role is open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S., we have a preference for those based in the San Francisco Bay Area to support in-person collaboration at our SF office. Come build the future of Video Intelligence with us! We are creating and cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture where we celebrate individuals for what they accomplish, no matter who they are! As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. #LI-REMOTE
