Member of Umbrella-Incorporated. About the role We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and enable high-performing Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams - Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) - Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices - Remove blockers and proactively manage risks and dependencies - Partner with Product Owners to ensure well-defined and prioritized backlogs - Track sprint progress, velocity, and key delivery metrics - Promote transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement - Foster collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders Required Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in the IT industry - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework - Experience leading cross-functional technical teams - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Preferred Qualifications - Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) - Experience working with distributed or offshore teams - Exposure to DevOps practices and SDLC processes Cloud Managed Networks (CMN) is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace that is free from harassment and discrimination under the Ontario Human Rights Code.
