Role Description - Review completed service tickets from the technician for accuracy. - Verify that labor hours, travel time, parts, and materials are correctly documented and priced. - Coordinate with technicians, service managers, and dispatchers to clarify job details before billing. - Work with parts/warehouse teams to confirm costs and usage of materials. - Communicate with leadership on billing trends, delays, or disputes. - Apply correct billing rates according to customer contracts, pricing agreements, or master service agreements (MSAs). - Ensure invoices comply with customer requirements, e.g., purchase order numbers, special formatting, and not to exceed limits (NTE). - Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. - Submit billing through customer portals or third-party platforms when required. - Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, charges, or account statements. - Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices. - Work with customers to resolve payment issues or disputes. - Support audits by providing detailed billing records and backup documentation. Qualifications - Associate’s degree or higher in a related field. - 2+ years of experience in the related field required. - 2+ years of office experience required. Requirements - Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word). - General computer operation and literacy required. - Experience with Workday preferred. Role Description The Solutions Delivery Lead drives enterprise technology solutions at Smart Care, focusing on AI adoption, systems integration, automation, and digital innovation. Qualifications - 5+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving enterprise platforms, integrations, or large-scale implementations. - Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation initiatives, or innovation programs. - Strong understanding of systems integration, enterprise platforms, and data migration practices. - Experience implementing or operationalizing AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions within business environments. - Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in fast-moving environments. - Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive adoption of new technologies. - Experience working within complex operational organizations, preferably field service or service-based environments. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and execution skills with a results-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications - 5-10 years of progressive experience in technology delivery, enterprise systems, digital transformation, or innovation leadership. - Demonstrated experience operating in roles requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. - BA/BS (IT, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) - Professional Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master or equivalent, AI/Innovation, Technology & Architecture.
