Role Description The Solutions Delivery Lead drives enterprise technology solutions at Smart Care, focusing on AI adoption, systems integration, automation, and digital innovation. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation across the organization. Position Description The Senior Sales Engineer is the primary Smart Care sales contact for key customers and is responsible finding, qualifying, developing, proposing and closing business. After the sale, this role is responsible for making sure customer needs are being met thereby driving retention and growth of their assigned accounts. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with all levels in the customer organization, striving to find the systems and services which best fit the needs of the customer.
