Job Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Scrum Master;
- Experience in Project Management and Requirements Analysis;
- Practical knowledge of Scrum and agile methodologies;
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Communication and facilitation skills with stakeholders at different levels;
- Organizational skills, systems thinking and a focus on delivering value;
- Experience working in a hybrid role (Scrum Master + Business/Project Analyst);
- Knowledge of agile management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar);
- Experience in digital transformation environments or multidisciplinary squads
