Role Description We are not looking for another ordinary bug finder, we are looking for a new valuable member of our team who is way more than just a tester. Our tech stack is built around React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript. We are focusing mostly on manual testing with the priority set on API, acceptance and end-to-end testing. We are working with well-established companies and sometimes startups in their early stages (MVPs), which makes the job full of diversity and exciting challenges while crafting cutting-edge solutions. Our clients and referrals are from the high-end American IT market. You must be quality-oriented and willing to act! At this point, you don’t have to be the absolute best, but gathering knowledge should be your day-to-day focus. Your future tasks and duties: - Participating in the design and implementation of modern business applications for external clients - Manual testing, building test scenarios, test cases, user scenarios, and bug reporting - Working closely with Developers, Scrum Master, Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to assure high quality - Focusing on quality-oriented rather than defect-oriented testing - Executing test cases with high precision and detail, diligently checking each step and documenting differences Qualifications - 6-12 months of experience as QA working with teams that develop software in an agile environment - Experience in exploratory tests - SQL basics, familiarity with relational databases - Know the basics of Jira or other agile project management tools - Basic knowledge about API - Basic knowledge about dev-tools in browsers - Curiosity about AI and interest in AI-driven solutions that enhance work efficiency - Practical knowledge of using AI in projects Requirements - Good command of English (min. • Taking ownership of the team’s process and continuously improving it as a Change Agent • Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management and ticket prioritization in Jira • Making sure tasks are well-described, ready for development, and aligned with current business priorities • Monitoring team capacity and supporting effective resource management across a larger project setup • Helping ensure the optimal use of skills, availability, and workload distribution within the team • Removing blockers and protecting the team’s flow • Working closely with the main PM on a large project • Acting as one of the key business-facing points of contact for the client • Building trust in the Masterborn-client relationship • Supporting team morale and psychological safety

• Onboarding new hotel clients onto the project's platform by integrating their Property Management Systems with the pricing platform • Building and maintaining integration pipelines between hotel systems and the client platform using webhooks, batch file processing, and scheduled API polling • Analyzing external technical documentation and understanding integration requirements for different PMS providers • Mapping external data models into internal platform structures in a reliable and scalable way • Developing and maintaining Python-based ETL processes for backend integrations • Working with AWS services to support and extend the integration architecture • Improving existing integrations by strengthening error handling, observability, and configuration standards • Troubleshooting integration issues and making sure data flows work reliably in production • Contributing to a growing integration codebase with a focus on maintainability and future extensibility

• Lead hands-on architecture work across client engagements, with a focus on solution design, delivery oversight, and early-stage technical consulting during the presales process • Supporting strategic technology decisions across client projects, shaping architectural direction, defining key processes, and influencing organizational design • Act as a trusted technical advisor to executive stakeholders — lead architecture reviews, roadmap planning sessions, and strategic technology discussions with stakeholders (including CTOs and CEOs) • Collaborate with the team on the architecture design of new systems from scratch, lead modernization of existing platforms, and provide direction for cloud migration efforts • Get involved early — help shape projects during the discovery phase by translating business needs into technical blueprints • Define system architecture and cloud infrastructure, balancing performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in your choices • Document your architectural decisions clearly with diagrams, ADRs, and other materials that support long-term maintainability • Provide input on timeline and cost estimations to inform planning, team allocation, and client roadmaps • Drive hands-on work, especially for proof-of-concept projects and foundational infrastructure development • Lead internal knowledge sharing, mentor engineering teams, and introduce forward-thinking practices including exploration of emerging technologies like GenAI

• Develop and maintain React.js applications • Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience • Write clean, maintainable code following team standards • Participate in code reviews - giving and receiving feedback constructively • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features • Document your work and contribute to team knowledge base • Continuously expand technical skills with mentor support

• Being responsible for creating useful and eye-pleasing designs including landing pages, web/desktop applications • Creating interactive prototypes to demonstrate your design • Preparing user flow and low-fidelity wireframes based on the requirements of the client • Working with existing Design Systems with a buddy’s help • Attending meetings with the client where we set all of the requirements • Participating in in-house meetings where the Product Designer, Developers and Proxy Product Owners create requirements for the application • Presenting your ideas to the team and client, incorporating feedback from your Mentor/Buddy/Leader and Proxy Product Owner • Preparing marketing assets for projects (Dribbble shots, Facebook Ads) as well as for internal company purposes
