Job Description We're on a journey to redefine the Digital Employee Experience space, and we need an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who's up for a 6-month mission. You won't just be filling roles; you'll be a strategic advisor and partner to our Engineering and Product leaders. The Senior Technical Recruiter works closely with the organization, driving talent pipelines through hands-on sourcing and running the interview, selection, and assessment process while ensuring an incredible candidate experience. - Strategic Recruitment: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing candidates - Leadership Collaboration: As a consultative partner to senior hiring managers, help them to navigate the talent landscape, develop recruiting strategies to identify and hire top talent, and solve people-related challenges. - Diverse Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that enrich our talent pipeline with a diverse range of candidates. - Candidate Journey: Provide an exceptional candidate experience while identifying and mitigating potential candidate risks. - Record and maintain accurate tracking and status of candidate records in the ATS - Project Participation: Actively engage in cross-functional projects to propel the organization and function forward-such as diversity initiatives, employer branding, internship programs, networking initiatives, and onboarding enhancements. Qualifications - 6+ Years of Proven Experience: Emphasis on technical recruitment. - Partnership Mindset: Ability to consult, support, and solution with hiring managers. Prior HRBP experience is a plus. - Tech-Savvy: Experience recruiting software developers across diverse tech stacks at scale. - Industry Insight: Background in the software/IT industry and a genuine passion for technology. - Global Communication: Proficiency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus. - Autonomous Workflow: Can manage high-volume, fast-paced, international recruiting campaigns independently. - Customer Focus: Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders. - Detail-oriented: Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities. - Confidentiality: Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
