Role Description We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented Vacation Planner to join our team. This position wears many hats including: - Concierge/ Guest Services: Pivotal to our success and sustainability, it goes without saying we need to be highly attentive to our guests' needs, local knowledge, anticipating needs, working with ops teams for special occasions. - Reservations: Extensive property knowledge, creating & adding to guest profiles, keeping response times low and conversion rates high. - Office Admin: Lots of miscellaneous tasks such as data entry, auditing our listings, writing photo captions, sending reports, and assisting in our month-end process. This is a pivotal role within our growing organization and therefore we are only seeking passionate, hardworking rock stars to apply. Requirements - Responding to guests inquiries, emails, and messages with an emphasis on sense of urgency. - Keeping our property management system true & clean at all times by processing reservations, inquiries, owner stay requests, etc. - Processing guest payments, sending payment requests, and late reminders. - Answer incoming phone lines. - Coordinate with appropriate vendors and personnel for all VIP, owner, and special request reservations to ensure they are 110% ready for arrival, no excuses. - Effectively communicating with the operations teams. - Auditing our public listings for accuracy. - Proper reporting/logging of all pertinent information. - Process & distribute arrival reports daily. - Accurate vendor scheduling to ensure nothing is missed. - Documenting our processes and checklists, building our SOP manual dubbed “The Play Book.” - Additional projects as requested. Position Overview The Hereditary Cancer Liaison will work in the field to promote the benefits of Riskguard (Hereditary Cancer Test) and the broader precision oncology portfolio when applicable. The Hereditary Cancer Liaison will be responsible for growing business with existing accounts, as well as developing new accounts within their territory. Additionally, a key function of this role will be working in close coordination with our Regional Oncology Liaisons and Regional Oncology Specialists on inherited cancer testing opportunities. This position is field based with responsibility across the Boston and New York markets, as well as the majority of New Jersey, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, and Maine. Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: - Meet or exceed sales objectives in an assigned geographic area (territory) through field-based call activity/meetings with customers on a regular basis. - Elevated territory management, planning, and implementation. - Deep and actionable understanding of competitors and market trends that are impacting product utilization of customers. - Sell company products or services, developing new accounts and/or proactively expanding existing accounts. - Develop and implement a highly strategic and actionable tactical plan to maximize the utilization of our products in the most productive accounts while staying within budget.
