As part of the instructor-led training division of the Global Education team, you will design, develop, and maintain product and sales training and documentation for Motorola Solutions’ technologies and products. Job Responsibilities: - Perform needs analysis for a course of standard complexity and scope. - Design, develop, and maintain training assets that support partners, customers, and employees with the use of the MSI product suite, including, but not limited to, instructor guides, student workbooks, powerpoints, and online modules. . - Write concise, technical, and effective instructional content for a variety of deliverables, including lesson plans, guides, online content, and more. - Create and utilize multimedia elements, simulations, and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of learning materials. - Proactively use LLMs (i.e. Google Gemini, NotebookLM) and AI tools to assist with content creation and operational efficiencies. - Follow a scalable and repeatable process in the scoping, creation, and maintenance of content. - Manage and monitor training assets and courses in the LMS. - Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content. - Work closely with project manager(s) to manage a small portfolio of product(s). - Work closely with team leads to ensure training content is focused on the right content and fills knowledge gaps. The objective is to improve the organizational insights and offer an enhanced experience when requesting for services. This results to a win-win situation where staff can access services and receive answers to their questions promptly, whereby Finance manages requests more efficiently and effectively. Moreover, Financial System and Process support branch provides business process review and project management capacity to scale up CFO Division’s digital transformation initiatives building on our strong corporate ERP SAP and on recently adopted PaaS tools (such as ServiceNow) and other technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), WSS, chatbots and others. To support the above mentioned workstreams a consultant is required. The incumbent will be responsible of the following duties: ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Under direct supervision of the Automation and Digital transformation Lead and the overall supervision of Financial System and Process support branch, the consultant will have the following responsibilities. a. Collaborate with the Automation and Digital transformation Lead to collect requests for design and configuration of new services, and provide changes to existing services and other requirements; b. Lead the technical component during workshops, information sessions, and planning stages; c. Leveraging expert technical knowledge of GSMT and other corporate SaaS/PaaS, provide advice and guidance for potential efficiency gains and cost-effectiveness of proposed solutions to enhance existing use combined with additional functionality of unsupported workstreams; d. Configure workflows, groups, forms, reports and other features in the service management tool according to the governance provided by the Automation and Digital transformation Lead; e. Collaborate with the Automation and Digital transformation Lead to identify innovative digital solutions, with the objective to enhance management and effectiveness of CFO Division services. We are seeking a customer-obsessed, data-driven, highly technical individual with experience building chatbots and voice assistants, with experience in prompt design, human-in-the-loop AI evaluations, and creation of golden datasets to train conversational models.
