Your Playbook: - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the company's marketing process. - Channel your inner visionary to predict the resources needed and manage them effectively. - Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards. - Keep a keen eye on project costs, making sure they align with the budget. - Craft a detailed project schedule and work plan to keep everything running like clockwork. - Meet with the stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications, define project timelines and manage deliverables. - Efficiently manage contracts with contractors and full-time employees, delegating tasks and ensuring they meet expected deliverables. - Utilize Project management tools, such as Jira or Asana, to assign, coordinate, and review tasks assigned to the team for project's successful execution. - Plan, organize and facilitate project operations, cadence and reporting through daily scrums, project planning, retrospectives and reviews. - Prepare and present weekly and quarterly project progress reports to management and stakeholders. - Measure the launch of new campaign performance against initial projections, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating success. - Supervise the team to achieve higher levels of project management knowledge by training them on Project management principles and practices. Communication is Key: - We're all in on Skype for internal communication. - For client interactions, we turn to Slack. - We believe in over-communication – the more context, the better. - Speed is of the essence in our communication culture – prompt responses are the name of the game. - We gather for weekly full team meetings and have daily stand-ups with Pod Leads. Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, or a related field preferred. - 1-3 years of project management and related experience. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. - A passion and knack for digital marketing. - A proven knack for creative problem-solving. - Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. - Experience in process modeling and seeing projects through the full life cycle. - Exceptional analytical skills. - Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness. - Demonstrated ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Role Description The Project Manager oversees implementing the overall project plan for construction activities, delivering the projects within budget and at pre-determined cost level.
