Microsoft Specialist focused on Licensing and Services. Education and Experience: - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience.) - Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem. - Familiarity with Windows OS and mobile device platforms (iOS/Android) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills. - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. - Certifications such as Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900, etc.) are a plus.
