The Operational Effectiveness Specialist 2 is responsible for administering and optimizing proposal development technologies across Commercial Business Optimization & Technology (CBOT) and Research & Development Solutions (R&DS). This role manages user access, maintains and updates standard libraries for proposal and RFI content, and supports automation and integration workflows. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal content is accurate, compliant, and efficiently delivered, driving operational excellence and supporting business growth. Essential Functions - Administer R&DS proposal development platforms, managing user roles, permissions, and system configurations. - Oversee the lifecycle of proposal and RFI content libraries, including intake, formatting, metadata management, review scheduling, and archival. - Coordinate annual and periodic content reviews with subject matter experts, ensuring compliance and timely updates. - Support proposal teams in building and automating deliverables, providing guidance on technology features, architecture selection, and best practices. - Maintain integration settings and data hygiene for Salesforce CRM, Unity, and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Box). - Generate usage, compliance, and archival reports; analyze trends to inform process improvements and content strategy. - Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement resources for users and proposal teams. - Participate in governance forums and recommend enhancements to proposal operations and technology adoption. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field required. - Experience in proposal operations, content management, or technology administration, with hands-on expertise in Qvidian or similar platforms. - Strong editorial and template management skills (Word, PowerPoint) - Familiarity data integrations and experience supporting automation workflows. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present technical concepts to diverse audiences. - Commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. - Experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, or comparable enterprise AI tools. - Advanced English skills (this job is part of a global area). *Resumé must be submitted in English* #home-based IQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
