• Align and execute HR initiatives with business objectives • Serve as a trusted advisor for coaching and guidance • Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, and recognition • Act as the primary HR contact for work groups • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies • Conduct effective investigations and maintain regulatory compliance • Provide performance management guidance to management

Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience working as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience in financial or professional services organizations with 500+ employees preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of employee benefits
  • Knowledge of HRIS, ATS, LMS, and T&E systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) a plus

Participate in the Wellness Committee by providing insights and assisting with program implementation and success. • Support compliance requirements related to COBRA, ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125, and retirement plans. • Assist with audits, reporting, and required notices and filings. • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information at all times. • Other duties as assigned
