• Configuration of STPs, DRAs, HLR/HSS, SMSC, SGSN, GGSN/PGW, SBC, etc. • Along with the team, you will be responsible for being able to manage all equipment on our network. • Using dashboards (and building new ones) to clearly and quickly discover issues and patterns • Accountable and responsible to follow the communications procedures in place when handling an incident. • Communication is both internal within our company and external to our third-party providers. • Drive the implementation of telecom interconnection in relationship with our providers • Maintenance, troubleshooting, security audits, and emergency response • Wireshark tracing of critical infrastructure to debug issues • Occasional on-call requirements
• Help grow our telecom team • Work with our telecom team, core engineering team, and Level 1/2 customer support escalation groups • Monitor and properly escalate real-time core network or infrastructure issues that could affect customers • Maintain and improve the OXIO’s network • Provide technical support, fault investigation and troubleshooting of all issues on the network • Ensure that network/application problems are detected and corrected according to agreed KPI and SLA • Design and implement comprehensive observability strategies across distributed systems • Deploy and maintain monitoring solutions using tools like Sevone, Grafana, and CloudPak4AiOPs • Develop automated alerting systems with AI-powered anomaly detection • Create and maintain dashboards for real-time system visibility • Implement distributed tracing and log aggregation solutions • Technical support to NOC engineers to analyze and solve issues • Development of KPIs and other metrics to monitor key aspects in mobile network performance • Development of training material related to KPIs / Dashboards • Ability to troubleshoot, document, and assess proper escalation channel and team or group.
• Analyze, prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a node, network and/or system • Manage networks and nodes within the IMS domain for our 2.5G, 3G & 4G networks • Using dashboards to clearly and quickly discover issues and patterns • Follow the communications procedures in place when handling an incident • Maintenance, troubleshooting, security audits, and emergency response • Undertake fault handling and corrective actions on node, service and infrastructure level • Handle project activities, implementing / adapting (new) IMS E2E service functionalities, nodes, services • When needed, cover the 7x24 monitoring shift responsibilities • Wireshark tracing of critical infrastructure to debug issues • Provide input, implement and verify improvements in processes and work instructions • Verify and implement configuration changes • Work to identify and drive improvement
• Analyze, design, implement, and verify the configuration and integration of subscriber data management nodes, networks, and systems across 2G through 5G infrastructure. • Own the subscriber data management platform across network generations. • Manage and operate HLR, HSS, UDR, and UDM nodes across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G core domains. • Design and maintain subscriber provisioning workflows, including IMSI/MSISDN management, service profiles, and roaming configurations. • Implement and verify MAP, Diameter (S6a, S6d, Cx, Sh, Zh), and HTTP/2-based (N8, Nudm) interfaces connecting subscriber data nodes to MSC, MME, AMF, SGSN, and other core elements. • Use and build dashboards to monitor subscriber node KPIs, surface abnormal conditions, and identify patterns before they become outages. • Own incident management for the subscriber data domain. • Perform maintenance, security audits, patching, and emergency response for HLR/HSS/UDM/UDR platforms. • Undertake fault handling and corrective actions at node, service, and infrastructure level. • Lead and contribute to project activities: E2E introduction of new subscriber management nodes.

• Help build, maintain, and scale our data pipelines that bring together data from various internal and external systems into our data warehouse. • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand analysis needs and consumption patterns. • Partner with upstream engineering teams to enhance data logging patterns and best practices. • Participate in architectural decisions and help us plan for the company’s data needs as we scale. • Adopt and evangelize data engineering best practices for data processing, modeling, and lake/warehouse development. • Advise engineers and other cross-functional partners on how to most efficiently use our data tools.
• Execute full lifecycle implementation of telecom network functions in cloud-native environments • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cloud providers • Manage design, deployment, acceptance, operations, documentation, and support activities • Ensure smooth handover from deployment to operations with proper knowledge transfer • Work across full mobile network architecture and network elements (NEs) • Support technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) • Manage core network functions including: Packet Core, IMS Core, Charging & Policy, Registration & Subscriber Repositories • Apply deep knowledge of telecom protocols and architectures • Implement and maintain FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security) frameworks • Deploy and operate telecom infrastructure in cloud-native environments • Work with platforms including AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and VMware • Configure and manage infrastructure templates (e.g., Heat, YAML) • Ensure adherence to deployment standards and best practices • Continuously improve deployment and operational processes • Partner with R&D and Engineering teams to automate workflows • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability • Support development of infrastructure-as-code and automation frameworks
• Act as the Product Owner for our SIM profiles, SIM vendors, SIM applets, and OTA platform. • Manage vendor relationships and work with SIM manufacturers. • Document technical processes for all activities. • Standardize SIM procedures for all vendors using generic profiles and consistent processes. • Participate in development projects related to applets and overall architecture plans. • Manage the lifecycle of applets, including new releases and upgrades to existing electronic profiles.

• Work with the finance team, account managers, and legal to understand customer agreements for account reconciliation purposes • Prepare monthly invoices for OXIO’s customers within both Xero and Facturama, and audit same against client contracts for compliance • Prepare outgoing inventory invoices upon request from sales team • Ensure timely processing and approval of vendor bills • Perform continuous analysis including but not limited to aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable, monthly cost analysis, inventory-movement analysis, etc. • Prepare ad-hoc reports for various business needs • Coordinate with project teams to ensure vendors are onboarded to facilitate Purchase Orders and accounts payable processing • Promptly respond to finance-related customer and vendor inquiries as well as internal requests for assistance • Document and evaluate OXIO’s current AP and AR systems and processes, and assist with selection and implementation of potential improvements
