In this senior role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives, guide complex issue resolution, and implement emerging workplace capabilities that improve secure, effective collaboration across the organization. Location: Remote What you will do: Advanced role designing collaboration solutions, implementing governance frameworks, and mentoring team members. Leads projects and integrates emerging workplace capabilities. Essential Functions - Architect Teams and SharePoint solutions (hub sites, templates, provisioning processes). - Implements governance frameworks (naming conventions, lifecycle, sensitivity labels). - Handles escalations and guides resolution strategies for complex issues. - Leads adoption campaigns and collaborates with business units to improve usage. - Mentors junior engineers and reviews documentation for accuracy. - Develops operational standards and contributes to strategic planning. - Evaluates new collaboration features and recommends implementation strategies. - Partners with compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met. - Participates in an on-call support rotation.
