Platform Tech Lead

• Act as the final technical reviewer for complex setups, including global traffic routing and EKS scaling. • Architect robust solutions to ensure strict adherence to our 99.99% System Uptime Executive OKR. • Identify underlying root causes for critical production incidents and provide permanent fixes. • Lead service capacity planning, demand forecasting, and system tuning to ensure scalability. • Establish end-to-end monitoring and alerting on all critical systems to ensure SLAs are met. • Establish trust with senior leaders by aligning technical priorities with business goals. • Partner with SecOps to ensure our global infrastructure meets rigorous security standards.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on technical experience with large-scale production environments and infrastructure.
- 2+ years of experience leading site reliability engineers or software developers building customer-facing applications.
- In-depth knowledge of AWS architecture (Serverless, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, EKS, and S3).
- Strong grasp of Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD principles (GitHub Actions).
- Proven ability to learn and master new technologies on the fly.
- Solid understanding of performance monitoring tools and Linux operating systems.
- Proven, deep experience managing and securing Kubernetes (EKS) at scale is a significant advantage.
- Strong grasp of complex networking concepts required for global multi-region deployments and secure B2B integrations.
