Full Stack Developer – Legacy & Modernization
OnePlan
• Design and build product features across a suite of platforms, balancing work between legacy WebForms components and newer development in .NET 10 Blazor • Support the transition of applications toward an Azure-based architecture, contributing to both design decisions and hands-on implementation • Work with SQL Server using T-SQL to build, optimize, and maintain performant data structures and queries • Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and other members of the team to translate requirements into clean, scalable solutions • Contribute to DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and improving overall development workflows • Maintain and improve existing code, with a focus on stability, performance, and gradual modernization • Participate in code reviews and team discussions to keep quality high and approaches consistent • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack, from UI through to database
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience building SaaS or enterprise web applications
- Strong experience with C# and .NET across both legacy and modern frameworks
- Hands-on experience with WebForms and an understanding of how to work within and modernize legacy systems
- Experience building modern web applications using Blazor or similar frameworks
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including writing and optimizing T-SQL queries
- Experience working with Azure, or a strong understanding of cloud-based application design
- Exposure to DevOps practices, including working with pipelines, deployments, and version control
- Comfortable working across the full stack, with a heavier focus on front end experience (around 70 percent front end)
- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work through ambiguity without needing a lot of direction
- Clear communicator who can work well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus Points
- Experience contributing to or leading modernization efforts from legacy to cloud-based architectures
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem tools (Azure DevOps, Office 365 integrations, etc.)
- Exposure to AI-enabled product features or data-driven applications
