Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in den Bereichen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projektteams von 2-10 Personen und mehrmonatiger Dauer
- Regionale Reisebereitschaft im Norden und Osten von Deutschland (ca. 1 Tag/Woche)
- Wünschenswert: Erste Kenntnisse in der Buchhaltung sowie im kommunalen Sektor
- Kommunikationsstärke, kaufmännisches Denken, proaktive Arbeitsweise

Position Overview The Senior RTCDP Technical Consultant is a hands-on expert in Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and validating the data and identity foundation that supports segmentation, activation, personalization, and downstream orchestration across AJO, Marketo, AEM, CJA, and external destinations. You will work closely with Enterprise Architects, AEP engineers, AJO/CJA consultants, and Adobe teams to bring enterprise CDP use cases to life. You will shape data models, identity strategies, ingestion pipelines, and activation workflows to ensure unified profiles and high-quality data powering customer experiences. Key Responsibilities RTCDP Implementation & Configuration - Configure RTCDP components including identity namespaces, datasets, schemas, and mapping workflows. - Implement batch and streaming ingestion pipelines using sources, connectors, and APIs. - Set up segment definitions, audience sharing, and activation readiness checks. - Validate the end-to-end flow from ingestion → profile → segmentation → activation. Identity & Profile Architecture - Design and implement identity stitching frameworks across CRM IDs, ECIDs, hashed emails, AAIDs, and other identifiers. - Configure identity graphs and verify stitching accuracy and profile completeness. - Troubleshoot identity-related issues including profile fragmentation, namespace conflicts, and match rate drops. Data Modeling & Governance - Map CRM, behavioral, transactional, and event data to XDM classes and field groups. - Implement governance, data minimization, and consent-related rules for activation. - Ensure data quality, deduplication, normalization, and schema consistency. Role: As a Care Advisor on the imaging team, you will be the operational backbone, ensuring a seamless member experience. Key Responsibilities: - Execute and manage all backend operational tasks required to move members through the imaging process efficiently. - Partner with sites to ensure members are scheduled, paperwork is ready, and radiology reports and images are retrieved promptly when they are ready. - Thoroughly understand and apply standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery and document best practices for consistent execution across the team. - Provide operational coverage for US time zones by managing time-sensitive member and site requests during US after-hours periods. - Continuously seek ways to eliminate manual tasks and improve operational efficiency and member satisfaction. - Serve as the main point of contact for members should they have any difficulties throughout the member journey. - Proactively contact members to secure any missing medical information before their scan appointment. - Act as the liaison for any site issues that arise, facilitating quick and effective resolution. - Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless handoffs and information flow. - Contribute to product development by identifying opportunities for improvements and reporting issues encountered during daily operations.
