• You will develop and optimize tools and automations for our production processes • You will further expand CI/CD tools and processes and develop new tools while troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SQL Server and Azure DevOps • You will support the maintenance of our development and test infrastructure • Your work will directly contribute to increasing the efficiency and quality of our production processes and to developing innovative solutions that delight our customers

• Understand the customer requirements • Define the acceptance criteria for new functionalities • Create concepts for extending the current ERP solution • Coordinate and monitor the implementation phases of the development cycle • Product customizing based on the customer requirements • Contact person for colleagues on product-relevant topics • Quality assurance of the supervised software modules

• Advising our service provider customers on the further development of their networks • Developing solution concepts for IP-/MPLS-based networks and services and documenting them in High Level and Low Level Designs • Automating operational processes in complex network environments • Testing and implementing concepts and detailed solutions • Preparing and delivering training sessions and workshops • Providing technical guidance to team members on projects • Presenting our solutions to management and technical teams • Participating in remote on-call duties

• Analyse, Konzeption und Implementierung von SAP-Landschaften bei unseren Kunden • Planung und Durchführung von technischen S/4 conversions mit Ziel OnPremise und Private Cloud (SAP RISE) • Support beim OnBoarding und Deployment von SAP RISE Systemlandschaften und Unterstützung beim GoingLive und Überführung in den Betrieb • Durchführung von Systeminstallationen, Upgrades und Patches gemäß den Kundenanforderungen • Gewährleistung der Systemstabilität, Performance-Optimierung und Fehleranalyse • Beratung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Systemarchitekturen sowie der Integration von SAP-Modulen • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards und -richtlinien • Unterstützung des Kunden bei der Durchführung von Systemtests und der Lösung von technischen Problemen • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen • Support unserer Vertriebskollegen im Presales und bei der Angebotserstellung

• Du wirst Tools und Automatisierungen für unsere Produktionsprozesse entwickeln und optimieren • Du baust CI/CD-Tools und -Prozesse weiter aus und entwickelst neue Tools, während Du Fehler im Umfeld von Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, SQL-Server und Azure DevOps behebst • Du unterstützt bei der Betreuung unserer Entwicklungs- und Testinfrastruktur • Deine Arbeit wird direkt dazu beitragen, die Effizienz und Qualität unserer Produktionsprozesse zu steigern und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln, die unsere Kunden begeistern

• Planung und Management von Digitalisierungsprojekten für Kreis-, Stadt- und Gemeindeverwaltungen gemeinsam mit Deinem Projektteam • Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen rund um unsere Finanzsoftware und den angrenzenden Fachabteilungen • Schulung und Implementierung von Anwender:innen in Neuprojekten und bei Bestandkunden • Projektsteuerung inkl. Kostenkontrolle, Ressourcenplanung, Risikomanagement, Stakeholdermanagement • Sicherstellung des Projekterfolges in time, in budget und in scope • Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei der Kalkulation und Abgrenzung von Angeboten sowie der Weiterentwicklung unserer Kunden

• You correctly implement legal requirements for the Austrian market in our solutions – in particular the VRV 2015 • You transform complex administrative processes into clear, efficient software workflows and reduce manual routines through smart automation • You set functional priorities for our municipal applications and ensure they remain modern, compliant and successful in the long term • You accompany new features from idea to acceptance and thoroughly test them from the perspective of end users in daily municipal operations

• Expansion of our extensive product portfolio for facility management, both in the cloud and on-premises • AL programming and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Integration of Business Central with other systems and applications, e.g., our mobile apps, CAD systems, GIS, BI, building automation systems, and IoT • Agile work in a small international team following Scrum, using state-of-the-art development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Git, and AL • Joint onboarding into the respective business area with supported mentorship (buddy system)
