• Test web and mobile applications using all relevant methods, including automated regression suites, API validation, and exploratory testing • Perform risk-based exploratory testing to find critical defects beyond scripted checks, ensuring testing efforts are prioritized where they have the most impact • Design, maintain, and improve automated test scripts using Playwright and Python • Analyze product features and business/technical requirements to design high-value test scenarios and automation scripts • Perform API testing with Postman, including automated API test execution • Collaborate with developers and product teams within an Agile/Scrum environment • Support CI/CD testing processes (GitLab CI) • Report and track defects in Jira and maintain documentation in Confluence • Participate in the adoption and daily use of AI-assisted testing tools (e.g., for test creation and defect analysis) • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and share knowledge with the team

• Conduct software validation (acceptance testing) for the Office of Child Support Enforcement expanded Federal Parent Locator Service application • Perform regression and progression testing. • Update/add test cases in Subject-7 (automation test tool), report bugs through JIRA • Assist in testing and debugging assigned components and units. • Participates in large system and subsystem planning. • Create and modify new and/or existing technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, and training materials. • Troubleshoot problems and provides customer support for software operating systems and application issues. • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned. • Participate in special projects as required.

• PFMEA and PPAP reviews • Assess completeness and technical accuracy of: • Failure modes and **failure mechanisms** • Cause-effect relationships tied to process steps • Evaluate: • Severity, Occurrence, Detection rankings • Risk prioritization methodology (RPN or equivalent) • Challenge robustness of: • Preventive vs. detection controls • Verify alignment with: • Actual manufacturing process flow • Known risks identified during assessments (RCR, commodity review, FAI) • Ensure full linkage between PFMEA and Control Plan • Evaluate: • Control methods (error-proofing, SPC, inspection) • Reaction plans for out-of-spec (OOS) conditions • Confirm: • Coverage of critical characteristics • Adequacy of inspection frequency and methods • Review statistical capability studies (Cp, Cpk) • Validate: • Data integrity and collection methodology • Sample size and statistical relevance • Process stability (variation analysis) • Confirm readiness against thresholds (e.g., Cpk ≥ 1.33) • Develop structured engineering review reports including: • Gap assessment (Critical / Major / Minor) • Risk implications • Recommended corrective actions • Provide clear **DTS readiness recommendation**

• Develop, maintain, and execute functional test cases, suites and plans using Azure Test Plans. • Analyze, document, and track defects and other related issues from discovery to resolution. • Define testable acceptance criteria against which system functionality will be evaluated. • Actively participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews (including product demonstrations). • Proactively learn product functionality and become a passionate advocate of the user experience. • Perform SQL queries as needed against MS-SQL databases.
