• Manage the full sales cycle of small to mid-market agencies from prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, and close • Prospect self-generated leads through outbound cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic outreach • Deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations to stakeholders across government agencies and K-12 and higher education institutions • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline, log all activity, and maintain accurate contact and deal records • Execute on campaigns developed by the sales and marketing team while also identifying your own opportunities • Work closely with teammates and leadership to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and share market insights • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline generation and closed revenue • Engage multiple stakeholders within prospect organizations to build consensus and advance deals
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or digital sales; you’ve run deals start to finish and have the results to show for it
- Experience selling into or a strong interest in government or education sectors is a meaningful plus
- HubSpot CRM experience required; you keep your pipeline accurate and your activity logged consistently
- Comfortable running product demonstrations and presenting via video platforms like Zoom or Teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can craft outreach that earns a response and run a call that earns a next step
- A natural problem-solver who leads with empathy and connects customer challenges to real solutions
- Self-directed and accountable in a fully remote environment; you manage your time and your pipeline without being micromanaged
- Must be physically based in the United States and legally authorized to work for any employer
- Willing to travel up to 25% for conferences, trade shows, training, corporate events, and other related events, as required
- Ability to work both autonomously as well as within a team in a remote work environment
