Job Description
Client Account Executive
Tangoe
• Develop relationships with customer base to provide updates to management and internal operational teams with overall client satisfaction, contract compliance, and any potential new business opportunities • Proactively work with Tangoe operational teams on account reviews (QBR’s) with all assigned customers to include analysis of service needs and usage trends. • Identify products and pricing offerings that meet customer needs and business objectives • Analyze and understand contractual language to ensure operational delivery and compliance. • Account retention through the development of strong relationships with key client decision makers and users. • Mitigate churn. • Relationship development and management with key individuals and top decision makers and strive to build relationships at the C-Level. • Represent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of Tangoe by handling business in a respectful and professional manner • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, escalating critical issues appropriately. • Own the contract and contract renewal process on existing clients • Work closely with the project team to maintain a continuous knowledge of customer contracted services. • Identify potential issues and/or opportunities related to the project • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or work equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in high performance sales organizations
- Proven Account Management track record focusing on satisfaction, contractual commitments and up-selling capability
- Ability to communicate with Sr. Management &/or C-Level Executive customer contacts
- Track record of closing sales and achieving quarterly sales quotas
- 5+ years in Telecommunications Expense Management ideal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word etc.)

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers in the LATAM market using a strategic and data-driven approach. • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the customer success team • Utilize advanced sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC to increase conversion rates • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations that showcase the value and capabilities of SEON's offerings • Develop strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their unique challenges and goals • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM tools • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies and identify new opportunities • Participate in industry events to build your professional network and represent SEON • Continuously improve your knowledge of fraud prevention trends and solutions • Mentor junior team members, sharing your insights and best practices
