• Owning the implementation and ongoing execution of a specialized program with elevated compliance or program-specific requirements. • Ensuring teachers and specialists understand and adhere to program expectations, policies, and workflows. • Serving as the subject matter expert on state-specific and program-specific requirements. • Monitoring program fidelity through data, audits, and regular review of key systems (attendance, engagement, progress, documentation, etc.). • Identifying compliance risks or gaps and proactively addressing them. • Partnering with the Director of Program Implementation to align program execution with broader system design. • Supporting staff through training, communication, and ongoing guidance related to program requirements. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (learning, partnerships, product, operations) to ensure alignment and effective execution. • Elevating trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement based on program data and stakeholder feedback. • Advocating for product and system enhancements that improve the experience for students, families, and staff within the program. • Supporting documentation and audit readiness to ensure compliance with state and partner expectations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Public Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in K–12 education, preferably in virtual, blended, or non-traditional learning environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and improving systems or programs at scale.
- Strong understanding of core school operations (attendance, assessment, curriculum, grading, and student support systems).
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable guidance.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to use metrics to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing training materials, documentation, or operational playbooks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and drive alignment across teams.

This role ensures compliance with institutional, sponsor, and federal regulations while facilitating the efficient administration of sponsored research projects. The RA will work closely with Principal Investigators (PIs), department leadership, and central research administration offices to manage the lifecycle of sponsored projects, from proposal development through award closeout. RAs belong to a shared service model which oversees a variety of grant types (clinical and basic science research) across a variety of departments.
