Web Portal Admin Lead

When you join RadNet as a Web Portal Admin Lead, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: - Lead and mentor a team of portal IT specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. - Oversee the monitoring of servers, ensuring optimal performance and proactively addressing potential issues. - Analyze and measure product efficiency, usage and team productivity - Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and support processes - Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve response times - Ensure proper staffing coverage, scheduling, and workload balancing - Work with professional resources with PACS, viewer and other applications concerning issues, questions and configurations. - Coordinate, document and maintain policies and procedures that drive security, disaster recovery, data integrity, and workflow in regards to the system/servers. - Coordinate remotely with other IT departments to come up with and implementation strategy. - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (clinical teams, operations, IT leadership) - Coordinate with IT departments as they integrate new systems that may affect the product. - Ensure high-quality communication during incidents and ongoing support activities - Provide on-site coordination with IT teams to support the integration of new and current systems - Collaborate with development and RadNet teams to execute QA testing and ensure high-quality releases - Oversee tier one support for GoFetch. - Lead collaboration with internal teams to deliver projects and ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes - Oversee team support activities and ensure effective training - Guide and mentor team members across RadNet in both support and training - This role requires up to 20% travel If You Are: - Passionate about patient care and exercise sound judgement and an ability to remain professional in all situations. - You demonstrate effective and professional communication, interpersonal skills and respect with patients, guests & colleagues. - You have a structured work-approach, understand complex problems and you are able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: - Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Extensive experience in IT support and quality assurance, with a focus on healthcare or medical imaging. - Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, project management and excellent communication skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced, mission critical environment. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams through operational improvement process. - Preferred experience in training and working in the application of Digital Health technology in areas of health sciences, allied health, health care operations and/or radiology-based operations. - Experienced in troubleshooting PC and basic network related problems in a Wintel environment - Working knowledge in the following areas a plus: Windows 2000/XP/11, Windows Server 2019 Standard, Active Directory, SQL Server, Wintel hardware installation and troubleshooting, RAID configuration, TCP/IP networking - Ability to think critically and to develop solutions to PACS, RIS-PACS, PACS network and other health systems related issues is preferred.
