This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone. Our client is a fast-growing B2B company operating with a highly optimized marketing funnel that generates a significant volume of daily inbound leads. Their team prioritizes speed-to-lead, structured multi-touch follow-up, and delivering a strong first-touch experience for business owners entering the pipeline. With hundreds of new leads coming in daily, they operate in a process-driven environment where consistency, organization, and execution directly impact pipeline growth and revenue. Location Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Appointment Setter / SDR will engage, qualify, and convert inbound leads into booked sales conversations while managing a high-volume pipeline. This role requires strong organization, consistent follow-up, and the ability to maintain structured outreach across multiple touchpoints to ensure no opportunities are missed. Key Responsibilities Lead Engagement & Qualification - Conduct high-volume outreach to inbound leads who have entered the funnel but have not yet scheduled a call. - Execute rapid follow-up on new leads to maximize speed-to-lead and conversion rates. - Engage prospects in structured conversations to assess interest, qualify fit, and move them toward booking. - Handle initial objections and guide conversations toward scheduling outcomes. Meeting Booking & Pipeline Management - Book qualified meetings directly onto the calendar for Account Executives. - Execute consistent multi-touch follow-up strategies across calls, SMS, and CRM-driven tasks. - Manage a large pipeline of leads simultaneously, ensuring timely and consistent communication. CRM Management & Reporting - Maintain and update CRM records using Close CRM or similar systems, ensuring all activity is accurately logged. - Work within structured CRM workflows, including managing smart views, prioritizing leads, and executing tasks. - Support CRM hygiene by cleaning lead data, organizing pipelines, and maintaining internal processes. - Track and report on activity metrics such as calls made, conversations held, and meetings booked. Collaboration & Process Alignment - Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. - Operate within structured outreach processes and follow established workflows to maintain consistency. Qualifications Experience - 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, SDR, or similar high-activity sales roles. - Experience working with inbound leads and managing high daily lead volumes. - Experience working within CRM systems such as Close, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Skills - Strong verbal communication skills with clear, confident, and professional English. - Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers in B2B conversations. - Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to guide conversations toward booking outcomes. - High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups simultaneously. - Familiarity with structured outreach processes and task-based workflows. - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with clear activity expectations. Job Description Your Role: US Pet Health Veterinary Sales Representative As a Veterinary Sales Representative on the US Pet Health team, you’ll engage with veterinary customers to achieve a sales goal with Elanco products within an assigned geography. Pet Health Veterinary Field Representatives will play an important role in our success as we embark on a historic launch period for Elanco Animal Health and the Pet Health Organization. Your Responsibilities: - Provides a key leadership role for distributor representatives within their assigned geography. - Responsible for product placement with targeted accounts in assigned geographical areas. - Responsible for executing sales objectives and strategies with corporate hospitals. - Responsible for completing a territory business plan with key essential wins identified as part of the plan. Executing the plan as the year progresses will be expected. - Territory representative will complete all set objectives and achieve sales goals while operating within an assigned expense budget. - Key liaison with local veterinary associations coordinating efforts surrounding the state VMA meetings. - Responsible for spending a defined amount of time in the field executing face-to-face meetings with hospital influencers. - Representatives will be responsible for setting up and executing launch meetings in conjunction with veterinary services in support of each product launch. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications): - Education: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/ GED with equivalent level of experience - Experience: At least 2 years of experience in companion animal veterinary pharmaceutical sales or equivalent selling experience in a competitive selling environment or previous Elanco intern - Top Skills: Team-first approach with a hustle mentality and eagerness to win - Must have a Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record - Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
