Job Title Talent Coordinator Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and people-focused Talent Coordinator to support a dynamic UK-based organisation in attracting and onboarding top talent. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless recruitment experience, from candidate sourcing through to placement. You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates, helping to streamline processes and maintain high standards across all stages of the talent lifecycle. Responsibilities - Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding - Screen applications and shortlist candidates based on role requirements - Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers - Maintain and update candidate records within the recruitment system - Support sourcing efforts through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases - Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication - Assist with preparing job descriptions and job advertisements - Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to internal stakeholders - Coordinate onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks - Liaise with internal teams to ensure hiring timelines are met - Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows Qualifications and Experience - Previous experience in recruitment, talent coordination, or HR administration - Strong organisational and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or CRM platforms - Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously - High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Familiarity with LinkedIn and online sourcing tools - Strong interpersonal skills with a candidate-first approach - Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection About Us At Remote Recruitment, we specialise in helping skilled South African professionals connect with top UK businesses. The role governs the Jira pipeline, ensuring that only complete and validated data enters the engineering workflow and that every executed cutover is fully traceable to measurable financial outcomes. This position is ideal for professionals who excel at enforcing strict workflows, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring full traceability across complex transformation programs.
