IT Administrator
Streets
• Act as the primary administrative support for the IT department • Ensure all departmental admin tasks are completed efficiently and accurately • Book meetings and coordinate schedules across the team • Liaise with suppliers, internal offices, and the finance team • Track contracts, renewals, and subscriptions to ensure nothing lapses • Maintain and update supplier accounts and subscription data • Provide administrative support across ongoing IT projects • Assist with data gathering, reporting, and process updates • Maintain accurate records and documentation • Support and improve internal administrative processes • Ensure the department remains organised and compliant
Job Requirements
- Previous administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident multitasker with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data merging and manipulation)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Qualification in Business Administration (Desirable)
- Experience within a professional services environment (Desirable)

Job Description We are looking for a Jira Process Coordinator to act as the workflow enforcer and audit engine for a large-scale network consolidation program at a US-based Tier-2 Telco. The role governs the Jira pipeline, ensuring that only complete and validated data enters the engineering workflow and that every executed cutover is fully traceable to measurable financial outcomes. This position is ideal for professionals who excel at enforcing strict workflows, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring full traceability across complex transformation programs. • Be responsible for collaborating with multiple System Administrators and other stakeholders to maintain several Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants. • Oversee the installation, management and maintenance of the different servers, cloud services, backup services, and many other products and services used within our organization and for our clients’ organizations. • Be accountable for providing the needed day-to-day support services, maintaining and implementing solutions for a smoother and more effective workflow to meet business objectives and technical requirements. • Create an effective knowledge sharing, collaboration and workflow solutions to drive the effective delivery of our different products to multiple users.
