• Drive key initiatives from strategy to execution • Streamline operations and manage internal communications • Draft and implement business processes across HR, Finance, and IT • Track staff performance on assigned tasks • Partner with the CEO to develop strategies for headcount and revenue growth • Build internal infrastructure and contingency plans for operational scalability • Ensure smooth operations during rapid growth and large contracts

• Be responsible for collaborating with multiple System Administrators and other stakeholders to maintain several Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants. • Oversee the installation, management and maintenance of the different servers, cloud services, backup services, and many other products and services used within our organization and for our clients’ organizations. • Be accountable for providing the needed day-to-day support services, maintaining and implementing solutions for a smoother and more effective workflow to meet business objectives and technical requirements. • Create an effective knowledge sharing, collaboration and workflow solutions to drive the effective delivery of our different products to multiple users.

• Act independently and with discretion in managing the company's security-related matters related to defense contracting • Responsible for standing up and maintaining the FCL for a possessing facility • Ensuring sustained compliance of security documentation for other cleared individuals within the company • Oversee and refine employee procedures and suggest improvements to internal operating activities • Implement and improve employee benefits programs • Guarantee compliance with national and local HR Strategy by conducting investigations and maintaining records • Manage personnel clearance applications, including CAC applications • Interface with government contacts on security matters

• Learn basic coding skills and the use of IDE’s and collaborative code sharing. • Focus on one of the program areas: Reinforcement Learning, Robotics, Multi-agent AI Training. • Complete a summer project under the supervision of one of our senior researchers. • Attend and participate in weekly research meetings with active research projects. • Collaborate with experienced professionals. • Read and discuss papers, present their papers, and do a final presentation at the end of your internship.
