• Be responsible for collaborating with multiple System Administrators and other stakeholders to maintain several Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants. • Oversee the installation, management and maintenance of the different servers, cloud services, backup services, and many other products and services used within our organization and for our clients’ organizations. • Be accountable for providing the needed day-to-day support services, maintaining and implementing solutions for a smoother and more effective workflow to meet business objectives and technical requirements. • Create an effective knowledge sharing, collaboration and workflow solutions to drive the effective delivery of our different products to multiple users.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3 or more years of equivalent experience.
- 3 years or more of experience in supporting applications and functions in the Azure Cloud and Microsoft/Office 365.
- Certification(s) related to the cloud environment preferred: Exchange Online with Office 365, PowerShell V3 and V4 Scripting.
- Understanding of group policies, organization-wide policies, and individual user settings and policies.
- Strong understanding and background of working with a complex Active Directory, Azure AD, Hybrid Azure/On-Premises, DNS, and the requirement of strictly following standards, procedures, and processes.
- Working knowledge of VPN connectivity and secure tunnels and Networking architectures using firewalls such as Cisco, Meraki, SonicWALL and troubleshooting network issues.
- Strong experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions, including major services related to Computing, Storage, Email, Active Directory, Network, and Security.
- Strong knowledge of Backup, Restore, Recovery, and high availability strategies for Microsoft Azure Environments.
- Strong knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Azure and Office 365 environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
- Excellent PowerShell Skills.
- Experience with Azure AD, and Active Directory including managing/maintaining GPOs.
- U.S citizenship is required.

The Case Manager is highly skilled in answering questions, understanding the employee’s situation, applying the appropriate benefits, responding to changing circumstances and needs, and paves the way for a connected and trusted case management experience. Case Managers are the single point of contact for an employee throughout an entire leave of absence or disability event.
