Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related fields. - Strong program management experience in complex, cross-functional environments. - Experience designing scalable learning experiences, frameworks, or enablement programs. - Familiarity with learning technologies (LMS/LXP) and emerging AI tools. - Strong facilitation skills across employee and manager audiences. - Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed organization. - Instructional design experience grounded in adult learning principles. - A measurement mindset, with experience defining success metrics and using data to improve outcomes. - Experience leading onboarding or enterprise enablement programs, preferred. - Experience driving adoption of new tools or technologies. - Background in media, technology, or fast-paced consumer businesses, preferred. - Experience building skills-based learning or mobility frameworks, preferred. - Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc. - Must have legal right to work in the U.S. Requirements - At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. - These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. - We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $87,600 - $116,800 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. - This role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. - We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
