• Build and Lead: Establish the eComm marketing organization and manage a high-performing team of performance marketers, creatives, and analysts. • Channel Management: Execute and manage complex campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, and Affiliates. • Life Cycle Marketing: Own the full customer journey, including email, SMS, and abandoned cart recovery strategies. • Creative Iteration: Manage designers in the production of high volumes of video and static imagery, feeding performance data back into the creative cycle to optimize results. • Advanced Analytics: Build and manage the analytics infrastructure using Media Mix Modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and other advanced statistical models. • AI Integration: Run end-to-end marketing operations using AI to drive efficiency and innovation. • Strategic Growth: Own demand generation analytics and "activation" campaigns to drive revenue from new customers. • Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally within our relatively flat organizational structure to bring new ideas to the table.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, heavily focused on Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) or E-commerce environments.
  • Proven experience in AI-driven marketing operations is a requirement for this role.
  • Deep experience with metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback periods, with the ability to use advanced modeling to drive these levers.
  • Recent experience (within the last 3 years) executing campaigns directly within ad platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven ability to work independently and a comfort with "creating the path" rather than just walking it.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly across the team and at executive levels.
  • Experience in the Healthcare or Telehealth industry.
  • Previous agency experience is a plus.
