The Head of Platform Delivery will establish repeatable delivery frameworks, scale multi-agency programs, and deliver measurable mission outcomes while maintaining Federal compliance and security standards. - Enterprise Platform Delivery Leadership: - Lead enterprise platform execution across Federal agencies. - Deliver capabilities in asset management, IT/asset management, supply chain/logistics, facilities, data/analytics, and unified mission workspaces. - Focus on asset readiness, operational efficiency, cost reduction, user experience, and real-time visibility. - Program Execution & Delivery Governance: - Establish and lead a centralized Platform Delivery Organization. - Stand up PMOs, delivery governance, and standardized frameworks (DevSecOps, SAFe, hybrid agile). - Manage phased deployments and scale delivery through Peraton, partners, and subcontractors. - Platform-Agnostic Integration & Interoperability: - Deliver hybrid architectures for ERP, healthcare, mission, OT/IoT, and cloud platforms. - Implement API-driven, event-driven, and data mesh/fabric approaches for “one mission thread across systems.” - Unified Mission Experience (UX) Delivery: - Implement a single operational interface with persona-based dashboards, role-based workflows, cross-system orchestration, and secure access. - Enable mobile and field capabilities. - Federal Compliance, Security & ATO Alignment: - Ensure adherence to RMF, FedRAMP, Zero Trust, ICAM, and ATO strategies. - Implement embedded ATO Fast-Track approaches for accelerated deployment. - Executive Customer Engagement: - Serve as senior delivery interface to Federal executives (SES, Flag Officers). - Align delivery to mission outcomes and KPIs. - Lead governance reviews and executive briefings. - Partner Ecosystem Orchestration: - Coordinate delivery across SaaS, data, cloud, logistics, facilities, and small business partners. - Ensure alignment with architecture standards, timelines, and performance outcomes. - Capture-to-Execution Transition Leadership: - Translate proposals into executable delivery plans. - Validate assumptions, define roadmaps, and build reusable delivery artifacts. - Strategic Growth & Platform Expansion: - Identify cross-agency reuse opportunities. - Expand platform into additional mission domains (logistics, aviation/fleet, facilities, clinical systems). - Support capture strategy and solution differentiation for Federal-wide transformation. Qualifications - Minimum of 16 years with BS/BA. - 16 years delivering Enterprise IT, mission systems, or platform programs. - Proven success in large-scale Federal or Healthcare implementations. - Experience with SaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud platforms, and system integration. - Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks (RMF, FedRAMP). - Experience managing multi-partner, multi-vendor ecosystems. - Strong leadership in program governance, scaling delivery, and execution. - Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder. - Ability to achieve and maintain a Position of Trust. Our Reliability group is responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining the resilient and scalable infrastructure that powers and supports our platform. We’re building a brand-new Observability team at Kraken and we’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to grow with it. Your core focus will be contributing to the availability, performance and scalability of products across Kraken - helping engineering teams get the visibility they need to build and operate reliable services with confidence. You’ll work alongside the team to improve monitoring and alerting across our product suite and support engineering teams as they transition to on-call over the next six months.
