Job Title Spatial Data Manager, Global Job Description Summary The Spatial Data Administrator uses CAD and other design/space technology software to provide support to Project Management, Occupancy Planning and Move Managers. Holds responsibility to ensure all current drawings and systems are maintained, relevant space reports are generated on a regular basis and serves as the central point of contact regarding the space technology solution within a client environment. Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with construction and furniture terminology required. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L of an account and building those strong relationships with the client’s IT and business stakeholders. It is your responsibility to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, and you are working as a trusted advisor to the client’s executive leadership team to identify ways in which business outcomes can be improved through the use of data & analytic solutions. What You Bring: - 10+ years of experience of successfully delivering Data & Analytic solutions (cloud migration, data warehouse, data lake using big data and cloud technologies). - Experience working as an Engagement Manager/Program Manager/Lead with a strategic/management consulting organization. - Experience with cloud-based analytics implementations, preferably AWS or Azure. - Experience working with C-Level executives, IT leadership and Business leadership and operating as a "Trusted Advisor". - Demonstrated experience meeting target of $2-4M annually in invoiced revenue sales through account expansion or new logos. - Experience creating, presenting and delivering strong proposals that solve the client's business problem. - Experience with negotiating MSA/SOW's with client leadership and legal teams. - Demonstrated experience in building strong delivery teams. - Strong verbal and oral communication skills and be a self-starter. - Strong ability to motivate and influence others to drive results. - Comprehensive knowledge of data collections and analysis. - PMP, SAFe and/or SCRUM certification is preferred. - Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or related field is required. - Work from home opportunity; however, must be open to travel nationally up to 25% to client location in order to build and foster strong business relationships. • Support our hotel projects across Europe in the area of technical building services (TGA / KG 400) • Take technical responsibility for the electrical and HVAC/plumbing trades • Review external specialist plans from Ruby’s perspective and proactively integrate our requirements • Ensure our technical and quality standards are consistently implemented • Challenge and advise specialist planners, investors and project partners at eye level • Support projects from design through implementation to commissioning and handover • Provide support during the execution phase with a focus on quality, functionality and the details that make a difference • Regularly visit our construction sites – but work predominantly remotely/in the office • For our FF&E projects, manage the tendering, awarding and execution of the trades: sound, IT, F&B (catering) and keycard systems
