Operation Project Manager EMEA / AMAS / APAC - homebased About the role BSI Regulatory Services is looking for an Operation Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the delivery of technical work for multiple medical devices/IVD projects. Accountabilities include oversight, completion, planning and scheduling, critical success factors, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Coordinate, manage and monitor the scheduling, delivery and completion of medical devices certification projects for new and existing medium to large scale clients. - Build strong, collaborative relationships with the internal stakeholders and clients across technology teams. - Create and maintain project plans and dashboards, and ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are kept up to date with project progress. - Develop deep understanding of the complexity of the business and its individual business areas. - Build an in-depth understanding of client business needs and drivers. - Provide a timely response to internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent account support is maintained. - Analyse and report performance data to internal stakeholders. To be successful in the role, you will have: - A minimum of 3 years project management experience (or a similar role) within the medical devices/IVD regulatory environment. - Knowledge of the European medical devices regulatory systems and the commercial and regulatory environment in which BSI operates. - Previous client facing experience.
