As a member of the Web Agency team, you will build and maintain ecommerce websites on Lightspeed’s Ecom platform (E-Series). This includes creating storefronts from templates, configuring core settings, preparing product catalogs, and supporting ongoing website updates and escalations. You will collaborate with North American customers and internal teams to deliver ecommerce sites that are user-friendly, conversion-ready, and aligned with business goals. What you need to bring: We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following: - ​​Proven experience building ecommerce websites on at least one major platform such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar. - Previous experience configuring ecommerce fundamentals including navigation, collections/categories, product pages, and store policies. - Comfortable with basic web concepts such as HTML/CSS and how themes/templates work. - Familiar with website analytics basics and readiness concepts (Google Analytics and Search Console or equivalent).
