Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, digital marketing strategy, or client solutions
- Proficiency in, or the ability to quickly learn, Gray systems such as Wide Orbit, OMS, BI Tools) and digital platforms (Google Ads, DSPs, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear, client-ready insights
- Skilled at bridging technical detail to business context to help teams position solutions effectively
- Understanding of attribution models, ROI reporting, and performance measurement
- Highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
- Familiarity with OMS and/or CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and attribution reporting.

The core objective of this role is to develop the sales organization and lead the Axonics franchise in achieving business goals at the cluster level.
