• Realizar o levantamento dos requisitos das demandas de instrutores junto à área de Treinamento; • Analisar o perfil necessário para cada treinamento, considerando conhecimentos técnicos, experiência profissional e aderência ao projeto; • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção de instrutores de ponta a ponta; • Realizar estratégias de captação de instrutores por meio de diferentes canais de recrutamento; • Conduzir entrevistas individuais com candidatos, avaliando experiência, conhecimento técnico, comunicação e perfil comportamental; • Acompanhar o processo de contratação e garantir a documentação necessária para cadastro dos instrutores; • Manter relacionamento com candidatos e profissionais parceiros, formando banco de talentos de instrutores; • Acompanhar indicadores de recrutamento, como volume de candidatos, prazo de fechamento, aprovação e efetividade das contratações; • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria no processo de atração e seleção de instrutores.

• Source instructors through various recruitment channels; • Advertise openings and proactively identify candidates who meet the position requirements; • Screen resumes and analyze candidate profiles; • Conduct initial contacts, candidate briefings, and schedule interviews; • Support and monitor the stages of the selection process; • Maintain contact and build relationships with candidates throughout the process; • Assist in collecting and organizing documents required for hiring; • Register and update instructor information in systems; • Assist with administrative controls related to recruitment and hiring processes.

• Gather requirements for instructor requests in coordination with the Training team; • Analyze the required profile for each training, considering technical knowledge, professional experience, and fit with the project; • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for instructors; • Develop and implement instructor sourcing strategies across multiple recruitment channels; • Conduct individual interviews with candidates, assessing experience, technical knowledge, communication, and behavioral profile; • Monitor the hiring process and ensure all necessary documentation for instructor onboarding is completed; • Maintain relationships with candidates and partner professionals, building and maintaining a talent pool of instructors; • Track recruitment metrics such as candidate volume, time-to-fill, hiring approval rates, and effectiveness of hires; • Identify opportunities to improve the attraction and selection processes for instructors.

• Respond to the HR area's communication channel (email), assisting employees with questions and operational requests; • Support operational processes for hiring, terminations, promotions, vacations, and system entries/employee records; • Assist with payroll finalization by organizing information such as medical certificates, bonuses, benefits, and other payroll variables; • Schedule periodic medical exams and manage the corresponding certificates; • Maintain organization of employee files and records, ensuring information is up to date and compliant with LGPD; • Support operational internal communications by distributing notices about time banks (compensatory hours), salary adjustments, benefits, and other departmental announcements; • Support internal marketing (endomarketing) activities and company events (birthday coffee gatherings, commemorative dates, coffee breaks, and materials for meetings), coordinating internal areas (Reception, Marketing, Controllership) and external vendors to make them possible; • Support facility management and workspace organization, including operational orders (groceries, coffee, fruit) and monitoring deliveries and inventory; • Support Recruitment and Selection processes when requested: job postings, updating creatives/materials, initial screenings, and scheduling interviews; • Submit to Management any process stages that require validation, in accordance with workflows defined by the HR area.

• Atuar como referência técnica da operação da área, sendo o principal ponto de consulta dos demais Assistentes em dúvidas e situações de exceção; • Conduzir, com plena autonomia, os processos operacionais de maior complexidade, incluindo admissões, desligamentos, promoções, folha de pagamento e benefícios, bem como situações de exceção que exijam interpretação técnica; • Apoiar a atualização dos processos operacionais já documentados, mantendo checklists, fluxos, manuais e templates da área revisados e atualizados; • Garantir a integridade do fechamento da Folha de Pagamento, atuando como segunda checagem nos pontos críticos e como responsável final pela qualidade da entrega; • Zelar pela conformidade documental e trabalhista da área (LGPD e CLT), atuando preventivamente para identificar e mitigar riscos operacionais; • Liderar a execução de eventos internos e ações de endomarketing de maior complexidade, articulando equipe, fornecedores e áreas envolvidas; • Conduzir etapas operacionais de Recrutamento e Seleção e participar de entrevistas com gestores quando demandado; • Identificar as causas de problemas recorrentes nos processos da área e propor melhorias estruturais.

• Prospect for leads and make contact to present the company and commercial proposals. • Negotiate with clients, prepare and follow up on technical and commercial proposals. • Develop new business focused on Microsoft 365 projects, including migration, modernization, and security. • Manage contracts for new and existing clients, monitoring financial and billing processes. • Structure commercial processes, including flowcharts, proposal templates, and service segmentation. • Create and track commercial performance indicators, presenting results and projections to senior management. • Support marketing in creating campaigns and client acquisition strategies. • Participate in meetings and training with strategic partners. • Contribute to the commercial area's strategic planning. • Use CRM tools to manage the sales funnel.
