Your Playbook: - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. - Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the company's marketing process. - Channel your inner visionary to predict the resources needed and manage them effectively. - Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet the required standards. - Keep a keen eye on project costs, making sure they align with the budget. - Craft a detailed project schedule and work plan to keep everything running like clockwork. - To gather requirements on the project, we need the PM to be main point of contact for collecting requirements and deliverables: - Meet with the stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications, define project timelines and manage deliverables. - Efficiently manage contracts with contractors and full-time employees, delegating tasks and ensuring they meet expected deliverables. - Utilize Project management tools, such as Jira or Asana, to assign, coordinate, and review tasks assigned to the team for project's successful execution. - Plan, organize and facilitate project operations, cadence and reporting through daily scrums, project planning, retrospectives and reviews. - Prepare and present weekly and quarterly project progress reports to management and stakeholders. - Measure the launch of new campaign performance against initial projections, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating success. - Supervise the team to achieve higher levels of project management knowledge by training them on Project management principles and practices. Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, project management, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of project management and related experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Role Description - Décliner la stratégie nationale pour la biodiversité au niveau local - Veiller à la protection de la biodiversité par l'amélioration des connaissances et le développement d'aires de protection d'espaces emblématiques de la richesse de la Martinique Activités principales : - Suivre les Réserves Naturelles Nationales : études, plan de gestion, financement, etc. - Développer le réseau des réserves régionales et nationales : extension des réserves actuelles, création de nouvelles réserves - Mettre en œuvre un inventaire permanent des ZNIEFF en lien avec les chargés missions biodiversité - Gérer les Arrêtés de protection de biotope et géotopes (APB, APG) existants et créer de nouveaux APB et APG - Animer le réseau des gestionnaires des espaces protégés (CEL, ONF, PNR, etc.) - Gérer et protéger les zones humides (RAMSAR, mangroves...) - Développer la coopération régionale en matière de biodiversité - Rédiger des avis, des synthèses, des analyses sur les espaces naturels et leur protection - Collaborer avec l'assistant fonction financière du service pour la programmation et gestion des crédits du BOP 113 - Animer et assurer le secrétariat du CSRPN - Suivre les bases de données biodiversité, espaces naturels (OMB, SINP...) - Assurer la communication autour des thématiques de la biodiversité (presse, radio, TV, préparation de pages Internet, plaquettes...) Role Description The Project Manager oversees implementing the overall project plan for construction activities, delivering the projects within budget and at pre-determined cost level. This individual will work closely with the client providing status updates on timelines as well as budgeted costs and will be responsible for all documentation for change orders.
