Role Overview As the PA / Tour Guest Coordinator at Real Deal Sports Tours, you will be the energetic backbone of our operations—supporting our small, dynamic team, helping to coordinate tour logistics, and championing our passion for sport and culture. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks (scheduling, email correspondence, document preparation, etc.) • Assist with planning and coordinating tours for sports fans • Communicate with suppliers to design ideal tour content and structure, and with Tour Guests to ensure smooth tour delivery • Support marketing or promotional efforts as needed • Provide proactive assistance—anticipating needs, offering solutions, and keeping things on track • Social media content creation and promotion of the business and tours • Design layouts, posters, and post graphics on Canva • Update the website’s pages, layout, and create new tour pages according to business requirements • Leverage AI in all tasks • Lead generation and sales: create exhaustive lead lists and effectively reach out to engage potential clients and partners • Gather and leverage data from daily activities to provide key insights on how to continue growing the business • Provide a living report on tasks in progress, completed, not started, and for approval that will contain all pertinent links to the respective tasks. Requirements Ideal Candidate Profile • Must have a sports and travel background • Passionate about sports and travel—you live and breathe the excitement • Sports-savvy with strong cultural awareness—especially within the Australian market. Must understand the nuances of UK English • Highly organized and efficient, owns and self-manages their own productivity, and with minimal training required • Flexible and adaptable in managing changing schedules and priorities • Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive—you take initiative and solve problems swiftly • Great communication skills, especially in client-facing or coordinating roles • Transparency and integrity: maintain a constant stream of communication and proactively keep the business informed of personal matters that will affect productivity Potential Commission Structure Commission payments will be applicable for the design and successful completion of new tours containing 10 or more Tour Guests.
