• Design homepage layouts for various devices using Figma, ensuring alignment with the client’s brand and company’s marketing best practices • Collaborate with a team of designers and developers to deliver cohesive, on-brand digital products • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines • Create polished, visually engaging pages, using supporting graphics to enhance content • Contribute to other digital design projects, including GBP posts, support tickets, and visual design tasks beyond websites • Work both independently and collaboratively to meet project goals and deadlines • Perform audits and QA checks to identify and resolve website errors • Participate actively in group discussions and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and solutions • Assist senior designers with internal projects, custom client work, and overall design support • Help with Salesforce management and documentation as needed • Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- 3-4+ years of relevant design experience with a versatile portfolio in web, mobile, and digital design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and WordPress. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, and a willingness to learn more.
- Highly proficient in creating fluid, responsive layouts that function perfectly across all screen sizes.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS with a genuine willingness to learn more about the technical side of web implementation.
- Highly proficient in visual hierarchy, typography, and image composition to ensure clear and engaging user journeys.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a sophisticated aesthetic and a proven track record of creating effective digital marketing assets.
- C1 English certification required. You must be able to understand complex creative briefs and collaborate effectively with U.S.-based teams.
- An eagle eye for the small things, able to catch issues in alignment, spacing, and grammar before launch.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across departments.
- Stays up-to-date with current web layout trends, UI/UX best practices, and mobile-first design principles.
