Senior Attorney

The Senior Attorney will serve as a key member of the Legal team, responsible for leading complex contract negotiations, advising on regulatory compliance, and managing dispute and litigation matters. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Privacy, Sales, Finance, and Operations—to support business objectives while minimizing legal and regulatory risk. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of contract and privacy law, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The Senior Attorney will also contribute to legal strategy, mentor junior team members, and help drive continuous improvement within the legal function. What you will do: • Client Contract Negotiation: Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of client, vendor, and partner agreements, particularly within adtech/martech and data-driven services. • Contract Strategy Development: Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives while identifying, assessing, and mitigating legal and commercial risks. • Regulatory & Privacy Compliance: Advise on applicable legal and regulatory frameworks, including data privacy and protection laws (e.g., HIPAA, FCRA, GLB, CCPA, and emerging global regulations), and ensure contract compliance with these requirements. • Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all client contracts, including data privacy and security regulations. • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to align on contract terms, support strategic initiatives, and enable efficient deal execution. • Legal Operations & Enablement: Build, maintain, and improve legal resources, templates, and processes to increase scalability and efficiency within the Legal team. • Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal professionals and business partners; contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Business & Industry Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s business model, products, and industry trends, particularly in data, technology, and privacy.
